Beni Reali has acquired and upgraded over sixty detached properties from twenty-two thousand to two hundred twenty thousand square foot.

Beni Reali has developed and is developing, with the collaboration of the best architects, five new real estate initiatives in Milan. These initiatives are all dedicated to the prestigious residential sector with a total of approximately 275,000 ft2.

Over ten properties have been acquired in Turin. In the rest of Italy, in particular in Genoa and Rome, over twenty properties were acquired. Five properties were acquired in Prague and nine in Berlin.

Over the years, Beni Reali has sold over three thousand apartments. We believe these apartments are to this day a source of happiness for their 10,000 residents.

In New York, Ben Reali is a participant and co-promoter of the construction of the tallest building in Soho, in Manhattan: 565 Broome. A development worth more than 500 million dollars, designed by Renzo Piano.

ARASSOCIATI

Arassociati, studio di architettura costituito nel 1997 da Marco Brandolisio, Giovanni Da Pozzo, Massimo Scheurer e Michele Tadini, ha progettato e realizzato numerosi edifici sia ad uso pubblico che privato in ambito nazionale ed internazionale, perseguendo nella propria ricerca professionale l’idea di continuità tra edificio e territorio/città aderendo ai principi razionali  della costruzione.

Lo studio negli anni ha ricevuto numerosi premi di architettura e la sua attività è stata documentata in varie pubblicazioni, tra cui il libro dedicato alla realizzazione del Campus Tiscali nel 2008 e la prima monografia “Arassociati –architetture” nel 2013 entrambi editati da Electa mentre nel 2022 è stato pubblicato il volume “Arassociati – Architetture milanesi” con Forma Edizioni; molti altri progetti, scritti e concorsi sono stati illustrati su riviste di architettura e di settore.
Oltre l’attività professionale lo studio è promosso attraverso la partecipazione a mostre, convegni e partecipando a concorsi internazionali ad inviti.
